Imogen Murphy

Director

Imogen Murphy is a writer and director, currently working in shorts, promos and commercials. Originally from Cork she now lives in Dublin, where she studied film at Ireland's Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art and Design. In 1997 she won the Kodak student award for her graduate film 'Electricity'. She subsequently wrote and directed the multi-award-winning 'Short'.

Imogen's most recent film is 'Ten Minute Movie' starring Jimi Mistry and John Simm. 'Ten Minute Movie' is produced in association with Universal Pictures and is currently in post-production. Imogen has several shorts in development and is working on a feature script.
